Dear Mr. Novak (Randy),
I am pleased to offer my comments regarding business experiences with you and your services to whoever might have inquiry regarding them. They are:
I requested Mr. Novak's services when one of my several year-old computers was encountering symptoms of aging by slowing down a bit and being a little more fragile by "increasingly crashing" on some of my large file graphics programs.
He immediately responded to my inquiry and set an appointment convenient to my schedule. He arrived promptly at the designated day and hour as promised. Mr. Novak immediately reviewed my computer's circumstances, symptoms and, in the confident style similar to a highly competent physician, began a thorough diagnosis and regimen to cure the core maladies.
With distinct professionalism and apparent experience and knowledge, he did whatever was needed to be done to bring my faltering computer back to the speed and level of it's earlier days and capacities. He also provided significant insight into the value and benefits of acquiring a modest amount of hardware to measurably increase the overall stability of the system in addition to providing a sensible back-up program. He also counseled me on things that I thought would be "good to have" and enlightened me that my acquiring and using them would not have a recognizable effect on the performance or utility of my computers. He cautioned that I would be wasting my money to only marginally improve a small incremental area of my computers and in fact, ones that I almost never use. That's the kind of support and help I really need!
His service is outstanding, his rates very reasonable. I believe this makes for a win-win situation of superior value. In addition, Mr. Novak (I prefer to call him Randy) is a really OK guy with a great sense of humor.
