We are Title Resources Guaranty Company, a well established title insurance underwriter headquartered in Dallas, TX. We were faced with trying to maintain steady growth as the new millennium approached with processes that were labor intensive and a database system that was outdated. Under pressure from Y2K requirements imposed by the Texas Department of Insurance, TRGC discovered fast relief in Randy’s efforts and his experience and expertise. Randy analyzed our technology position and made recommendations that would both solve the Y2K issues, growth requirements, and work flow management needs for a faster, better, more reliable system of processing Title Insurance Policies.
Randy developed the policy management database for TRGC (affectionately known as TRiGGERS and now the second generation T2) that automated virtually all processes enabling us to do more business without adding personnel and reduced the overall time to process policies from weeks to hours. Randy (currently operating his own company, TGR Now ) has also created an Electronic Reporting system which provides the ability for TRGC customers to submit their policies electronically. All of this has established TRGC as a market leader through a customer-centric deployment of technology, boosting profitability and response times.
TGR Now continues to provide day-to-day Technology solutions and is in constant touch of our growing needs. Randy is a real part of our current success and we look forward to long and prosperous future with him at our technological side.
